Refund Policy
Winline Technologies Pvt Ltd follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Please read the following carefully before applying for a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) through our portal.
1. No Refund After Processing
Once your DSC application has been submitted to the Certifying Authority (e.g., eMudhra), we cannot cancel or refund the amount.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If payment was made twice for the same service by mistake.
- If we are unable to deliver the DSC due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the applicant.
- Application rejected by Certifying Authority due to applicant error.
4. Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
